In short: we collect only what you give us, we use it to send you the content and invitations you asked for and to respond when you get in touch, we never sell it, and you can see, correct or delete it at any time by emailing belen.gallego@atainsights.com.
Who we are
ATA Markets Intelligence S.L.U. ("ATA Insights", "we"), Calle Serrano 8, 28001 Madrid, Spain, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website (atainsights.energy) and our related newsletters, webinars and events.
What we collect, and why
- Newsletter sign-up — name, work email, company, job title, country. Used to send you the newsletters and sector content you subscribed to. Legal basis: your consent.
- Webinar registration — the same details, used to run the webinar you registered for (confirmations, joining links, reminders, the recording) and, with your consent, to keep you informed about similar sessions. Legal basis: contract performance and consent.
- Partnering / consortium enquiries — your contact details and message, used to respond and to manage our business relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps.
- Technical basics — our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type) to deliver the site securely. We do not use advertising trackers.
Where it goes
Your data is stored in our contact-management systems and processed by the service providers we use to run the site and send email (hosting and email-delivery platforms), under data-processing agreements. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as you remain subscribed or our business relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires. Every bulk email we send includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops the emails immediately.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or object to its use, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to belen.gallego@atainsights.com and we will act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be flagged in our newsletters.
